Deruns are common in many nations
under different names and in different variations.

The name of the dish typically reflects the way it is cooked
or indicates the main ingredient - potatoes.
potato pancakes have great popularity in Ukrainian, Polish, Belarusian, Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian, Austrian and German cuisine

    1. Onions then rub potatoes on the small grater

    2. Kill two eggs and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of flour

    3. Salt and pepper to taste (we used 1 tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of ground pepper)

    4. Fry potato pancakes in oil on a baked frying pan without a lid, filling with a tablespoon flat scones like regular fritters.

The size of the pancakes doesn't have to be large so they don't be raw inside.

Once the potato pancakes are flipped to the other side.
