Delta time is NOT framerate dependent.

We're the hardware that runs at various speeds. As time is intrinsic AND relative to the ppl experiencing time? You need to account for FRAME & FRAME RATE & so DELTA TIME. As this liberates us from frame/frame rate it accounts for distinct and individual perception.
