Ever since the Sun entered Libra at Equinox
on Sept 22/23 in 2021 (depending on your time zone)
the Universe has been asking us to find balance.


Libra is found on the Tarot Constellation of The High Priestess, balanced judgment through intuitive awareness.

In the Tarot it is the 11th card, mastery through inner spiritual unity.


The astrological symbol is The Scales,
held by the Goddess Astraea.

She is the guardian of justice, harmony, and peace.


At this New Moon she is at 00 degrees Capricorn
gifting us all with peace.

This Libra New Moon cycle asks us to continue
the search for balance within.

Quite the challenge considering the current state of the world.

I received a message about balance
as I was having my morning coffee
on the front porch today.

A gentleman was walking his two very big black dogs.

The dogs were walking side by side in perfect harmony.

He was in tune with their energy.

Whenever I see them the unity is evident.

About ten minutes later another gentleman
came by walking his two dogs.

His energy seemed very scattered.

His dogs were on opposite sides of him
trying to go in different directions.

That tug of war continued as they walked out of sight.

It was an illustration of how things can be in balance
when we are in balance or a struggle when we are not.

This New Moon is at 13 degrees Libra
travelling with Mars at 13 degrees Libra.

Mars in Libra can be the peaceful warrior
or the passive aggressive instigator.

Mars wants to act impulsively.

Libra wants to weigh the options before making a decision.

Add to that Mercury (our thoughts and perceptions)
is at 20 degrees Libra still retrograde asking us
to continue to re-evaluate our thinking and actions.

Mercury is still in range of the opposition
to Eris Rx at 24 degrees Aries
(discord or purposeful action)
and the square to Pluto at 24 degrees Capricorn
(letting go of what no longer works).

Pluto has been retrograde since April 27, 2021
but moves forward today at 2.29 pm EDT.

The T Square will be very active again Nov 02, 2021
so we are still under its influence until then.

The focus of the T Square is on Pluto
(transformation and rebirth).

This New Moon is also inconjunct
(letting go of what no longer works)
Uranus Rx at 13 degrees Taurus
(Breaking through to what is of true value
and releasing what is not).
