The uncommon verdict the judge gave to a small thief...

A 15-year-old boy was caught robbing a store in America.

To try to escape, the boy also destroyed a shelf.

After the judge heard the case, he asked the boy:

"Did you really steal something?
Did you steal bread and cheese and destroy the shelf? "

The boy, shy, head down, replied:
"Yes."

Judge: "Why did you steal?"

Child: "It was necessary."

Judge: "You couldn't buy them instead of stealing them?"

Boy: "I had no money"

Judge: "You could have asked your parents for money"

Boy: "I only have my mother who is struggling and sick and has no job
I stole bread and cheese for her. "

Judge: "You're not doing anything, you don't have a job?"

Child: "I worked at a car wash.
I took the day off to help my mom and that's why I got fired. "

Judge: "Didn't you look for something else to work elsewhere?"

After the conversation with the boy ended, the judge announced the verdict:

Stealing especially stealing bread is a very shameful crime.

The judge added:

"If one person is caught stealing bread,
all the members of this community,
society and country should be ashamed!" "

Le verdict hors du commun que le juge a rendu à un petit voleur...
Un garçon de 15 ans a été surpris en train de voler dans un magasin en Amérique.
Pour tenter de s'échapper, le garçon a également détruit une étagère.
Après que le juge ait entendu l'affaire, il a demandé au garçon :
"Tu as vraiment volé quelque chose ? Tu as volé du pain et du fromage et détruit l'étagère ?"
Le garçon, honteux, la tête baissée, répondit :
"Oui."
Juge : « Pourquoi tu as volé ? »
Enfant : « C’était nécessaire. »
Juge : « Tu ne pouvais pas les acheter au lieu de les voler ? »
Garçon : "Je n'avais pas d'argent"
Juge : "Tu aurais pu demander de l'argent à tes parents"
Garçon : « Je n'ai que ma mère qui est alitée et malade et qui n'a pas de travail. Pour elle j'ai volé du pain et du fromage. »
Juge : « Tu ne fais rien, tu n’as pas de travail ? »
Enfant : « J’ai travaillé dans un lavage d’auto. J'ai pris un jour de congé pour aider ma mère et c'est pourquoi j'ai été licencié. »
Juge : « Tu n’as pas cherché autre chose pour travailler ailleurs ? »
Après la fin de la conversation avec le garçon, le juge a annoncé le verdict :
Voler, surtout voler du pain, est un crime très honteux. Et nous voilà tous responsables de ce crime. Toutes les personnes présentes dans cette salle d'audience aujourd'hui, y compris moi, sommes responsables de ce crime. De cette façon, toutes les personnes présentes seront condamnées à une amende de 10 dollars, personne ne sortira d’ici sans qu'il ne donne 10 dollars.
Le juge a sorti un billet de 10 $ de sa poche, a pris un stylo et a commencé à écrire :
De plus, j'ai imposé une amende de 10000 dollars au propriétaire du magasin pour avoir remis l'enfant affamé à la police. Si l'amende n'est pas payée dans l'heure, le magasin restera fermé."
Toutes les personnes présentes se sont excusées auprès du garçon et lui ont remis tous 10$. Le juge a quitté la salle d'audience en cachant ses larmes.
Après avoir entendu le verdict, les personnes présentes dans la salle d'audience avaient les larmes aux yeux.
Je me demande si notre société, notre système, nos tribunaux auraient pu rendre un tel verdict ?
Le juge a ajouté : « Si une personne est surprise en train de voler du pain, tous les membres de cette communauté, de la société et du pays devraient avoir honte

  this is a really weird world, recently i noticed someone who has done quite a few 'go fund me's however, NEVER once do i ever see this person ever give to anyone else ??? also this person has a 'real job' - and; doesn;t earn min. wage - yet, when i look at the list of folks who gave to them; most of those people did NOT even have a 'job' - this is a very strange world - then; you think a store keeper should pay a 10,000 fine when a customer comes in and steals from him - and, you think that is a good 'n a kind thing for a judge to impose on a shopkeeper who is being stolen from ??? The shopkeeper has to buy his inventory, he doesn;t get it for free - so; what right does anyone have to steal from him ??? WTF are you thinking ??? this is NOT a caring type of story - it is a sad state of affairs this world is in, and, that 10,000 fine doesn;t go to the kid who stole, nor, his family - it goes directly into the pockets of the pot belly pigs that run the legal systems - and; the politicans !!! also; do NOT cry when your kids and grandkids can NO longer get normal types of jobs - because quite frankly as a former business person, it is too dangerous to take any risks doing that anymore - i'm done and; i KNOW i am NOT alone in this type of thinking - i'm actually sorry; i put 5 people ahead of myself, paying all their mortgages 'n not paying min. wages to them, before i even had any money to pay myself - the entrepreneur spirit dying is going to hurt all of you; way more than it will hurt me - you see; i have inventory to liquidate - and, i do NOT need to invest back into anything but myself - never thought i'd say that - but; seriously F*** ALL OF YOU !!! i can not remember the last time someone crossed my path, that was NOT a #nasty piece of #shit !!!

  already over 1,000,000 entrepreneur business owners in america (canada/usa) have closed their businesses forever because of this kind of warped thinking - please do NOT ever ask me to feel sorry for you, when you lose your job - covid has shut me down for over 600 days without ONE CENT of stimulus - because i am self-employed - and; was taking money; only when i needed it from my business - returning my investment - and; not actually earning an income - very soon; you are going to see - all gov't money dry up - there will be no money for even government pensions etc., there is NO free stuff - anyone who gets free stuff, it is at the cost of a taxpayer paying for your free stuff this world is full of a lot of ding-dongs and ding-a-lings sad to say this, but, IT IS TRUE !!!
