    Mitchell Brown says:

    Good morning folks.

This image is from the archives.

    Location-Algonquin Park.

What a night it was, a bunch of us ventured out
    to photograph the Northern Lights.

They weren't very active that night so we spun our cameras around
to photograph the milky way through some incoming clouds.

I got about 10-30 second exposures when this happened.

The LARGEST Bollide I have ever seen entered our atmosphere
and burned up right in front of our eyes and cameras.

Brilliant white light with a multi-coloured tail end.

As soon as it disappeared we all ran to our cameras
to see if we captured it.

The silence of the northern night got a little louder
as we all screamed in excitement, we got it.

This was captured on August 12 2015
