27° Sagittarius (Tropical Zodiac) is in conjunction with Galactic Center.
“Galactic Alignment” is with the Galactic Nodes (Milky Way cross Zodiac)
at 0° Cancer and Capricorn (Tropical Zodiac). The three degree separation is important.

I find the Galactic Center is more in Ophiuchus and Scorpius (constellations). Associating it with Sagittarius is a distraction, IMHO.
