The Equinox points are about finding balance.

The Sun sits on the Equator and we have equal day (activity) and night (introspection). In the Northern Hemisphere the Lunar Force is becoming stronger (inner wisdom) and in the Southern Hemisphere the Solar Force is becoming stronger (personal action).

It is the perfect time to evaluate how to take action based on inner wisdom and let that be your guide always.

In the Northern Hemisphere when the Sun enters the sign of Libra at Autumn Equinox the doorway to the West Direction of our Medicine Wheel opens.

It is the place of adulthood, self-responsibility, and personal power.

It is also called The Looking Within Place. Each Direction has a Spirit Keeper who guides us as we travel. For the West there are three Guardians: Grizzly Bear, inner strength and healing, Black Horse, spiritual freedom, and Thunder Beings, magical power.

The colour of the West is Indigo. As darkness becomes dominant we are able to see the Starry Ones
and receive their messages. The Spirit Keepers mentioned guide us until Winter Solstice.

In the Southern Hemisphere it is your Spring Equinox and you enter the East Direction
on your Medicine Wheel. It is the place of spiritual awakening and inspired new visions.

Your Spirit Keeper guide is Eagle, the power of illumination. More than any other Winged One Eagle
flies highest and touches Spirit carrying your prayers to Creator and Great Mystery. Eagle awakens you to your Divine Self. This Spirit Keeper guides you until Summer Solstice.

Astrologically Libra is the sign associated with relationship, co-operation, harmony and balance.

That is the theme while Grandfather Sun visits here for both hemispheres.

Earth is always astrologically opposite the Sun and she is visiting Aries, inspired new beginnings but also finding balance within.

The Sun/Earth will activate Libra/Aries until Oct 22/23 (depending on your time zone). In the Northern Hemisphere the Animal Totem guides for the Libra Sun are Crow, justice and fairness for all, and Raven,
the magic of The Mysteries.

The guides for Earth in Aries are Falcon, clear inspired vision, and Red Tailed Hawk, spiritual messages.

In the Southern Hemisphere the Totem guides are reversed. But I always say each of us
have the ability to call on any of their Medicines when needed.

The planetary ruler for the Sun’s journey through Libra is Venus, the harmonizer of the Universe.

For the Earth in Aries it is Mars, spiritual warrior. They are both in Virgo (mind, body, spirit healing).

They begin a new relationship journey on Oct 05 when they meet at 19 degrees Virgo.

We have been calling this new relationship cycle the opportunity to cross
The Rainbow Bridge of Healing into Wholeness for ourselves and the important others in our lives.

This relationship cycle takes us to Aug of 2019. But the new phase is the time
to create a new relationship vision.

We are in the Mars/Venus new phase until Dec 17 this year. In the Northern Hemisphere
our Animal Totem guide for this journey is Brown Bear, introspection, healing, and The Healer.

For those in the Southern Hemisphere your guides are Cougar, spiritual power,
and Wolf, who guides you through change.

Libra is the sign of co-operation to create peace and harmony.

The Earth Mother is in distress in many parts of the world and so is her human kingdom.
