August 26, 2018: Full Moon at Pisces 3°, 7:56 am EDT; Mars stationary.

Full Moon windows bring out the emotions, and a Full Moon in Pisces
– the ultimate water sign
– brings out more emotions than most.

In the language of Shamanic Egyptian Astrology,
Pisces is Sothis, the Blue Star Sirius.

The brightest star in the night sky and one of our closest neighbors,
Sirius has been sacred to most cultures.

To the ancient Egyptians, Sirius was home
– where they came from and where they would return.

Sirius is prominent in discussions of multi-dimensionality
and the expansion of our planet from our present 3D reality
to 5th Dimensional consciousness.

– you’ll find a wealth of information ranging from interesting to wildly fanciful.

To bring our discussion closer to Earth, these are tumultuous times
and there are real-world questions to be resolved.

Mars – Set, the Warrior King – is stationary and will turn direct on August 27 in Capricorn
– a very practical earth sign.

Capricorn is aligned with Khnum, the creator god who builds us a new ka body
– a new container
– whenever our old structure no longer serves our needs.

Mars turned retrograde on June 26, in a challenging relationship to Uranus/Wadjet
– the Great Awakener, and our Warrior has been unfocused ever since.

With the resumption of forward movement, a new resolve will gradually emerge.

The star Fomalhaut aligns with this Full Moon.

Fomalhaut is one of the four Royal Stars of Persia
and the guardian of the southern gate.

Lion-hearted Regulus, the northern guardian, is also loosely aligned with this Full Moon.

Fomalhaut’s message is that success is achieved by adhering to noble ideals,
even as others descend into self-serving behaviors.

During this Full Moon the contrast between higher concepts
and the crazy density of our Earth experience is evident.

And yet, there is hope

– a deep seated knowing that when we remain connected to our vision,
amazing things will happen.
