Jupiter meets the Sun at 03 degrees Scorpio- 26 Oct 2017 at 2.09 pm EDT

In his 13 month journey through whatever sign he is visiting Jupiter only meets with the Sun once.

This conjunction is active for the next 24 hours but really influences us throughout Jupiter’s visit to Scorpio (to Nov 08, 2018). We know the key phrase for Scorpio is “I desire” and the key word is “intensity”.

But Scorpio is also about identifying what you DO NOT WANT so you can RELEASE it and make space to CREATE WHAT YOU DO WANT.

Our natal Sun supports us to discover our individual identity, our creative talents, our goals and aspirations.

It is also a symbol of our spirit and heart. Or it can indicate how we are caught in ego personality issues. When the transiting Sun visits a zodiac sign it highlights the issues of that sign.

For Scorpio the highest expression is deep healing, release, transformation and re-birth.

Jupiter in Scorpio also carries that theme. Jupiter’s gift is expansion, growth and manifestation of our vision.

This meeting of the Sun and Jupiter is the opportunity to expand our spiritual vision by facing our shadow and embrace healing.

Our Animal Totem guides for the Scorpio Sun and for the whole Jupiter in Scorpio journey are Snake, shedding the old (Northern Hemisphere) and Beaver, building the new (Southern Hemisphere).

Scorpio asks us to focus on what is of true value and importance and prepare to release what is not.

The Earth in Taurus asks us to focus on valuing and honouring ourselves. Her guides are Beaver
(Northern Hemisphere) and Snake (Southern Hemisphere).

But I have said in previous posts these guides are available to us all if we call on them.

The Sacred Totem for Scorpio is the Phoenix, release, resurrection, and rebirth.

Phoenix is guiding us all.

The planetary guide for the Sun/Jupiter meeting is Pluto in Capricorn (transforming society).

The soul centered ruler is Mars in Libra (peaceful warrior).

Let us all make a commitment to healing our own shadows.

When we are able to do that we shine our spiritual light out into the world and heal its shadow.
