Appulse Lunar Eclipse
* JUNE 5, 2020,
3:25 PM EDT, Washington, DC

Aside from a poignantly placed BLACK MOON,
tightly conjunct to the US capital's DESCENDANT
- clearly reflecting the present chaos
accompanied by strongly stirred emotions,
going hand in hand with an accelerating exposition
of betrayal/deception
and the ensuing crackdown on high crimes

– it so happens that the SATURN/LUNAR N.NODE midpoint
of 15,16 ARIES is perfectly centred
on the American capital’s 7th house cusp.

Now, aside from these major dark themes
there are some greatly empowering features in this chart
- celestial energies sucked into the event horizon
of the MOON's nodal axis,
which is the highly turbulent zone where eclipses occur.

I see the nodal axis as a rocket ship
cutting through the celestial field,
leaving a trail of eddies and turbulences behind,
a super charged rather chaotic corridor stirring up
powerful evolutionary dynamics,
pulling and pushing to transmute and evolve.

At the Moon’s North node
– where the future is pulling us
– there are VESTA and HYGEIA,
two major asteroids.

And at the South node
–where the past is haunting us,
begging to be redeemed and integrated
– there’s Plutino IXION.

(I’ve mentioned this rather difficult character
in my posts/podcasts earlier in May
when the Moon’s nodes changed signs
tightly aligned with IXION,
introducing a major theme
we will have to work on for the coming 20 months.)

Now, at this present Lunar eclipse’s North node
there’s VESTA, representing the holy fire of devotion
to a cause, the absolutely determined commitment
to higher principles, while HYGEIA represents health,
well-being and the ability to hone in on a solution.

At the South node, moving in prefect step
with the unwinding (backward moving)
Lunar nodes we find bad boy IXION
–a character guilty of bloodshed, disrespect and betrayal.

He was caught by Zeus, pinned on a flaming wheel
and forced to repent.

It so happens – and this tells that what we’re dealing
with will demand our close attention for a while
– IXION is forming a rare set of three exact conjunctions
(MAY 5, JUNE 19 and AUG 5) with the Moon’s South node.

Of which – as mentioned above
- the first one of MAY 5 occurred within one day
of the Moon’s nodes conjunct the Solstice points,
when switching from Cancer to Gemini
– setting the stage, defining the main energies
this 20-month stretching into JAN 2022 will confront us with.

Now, what further aggravates this eclipse’s intensity
is the MOON’s conjunction with the GREAT ATTRACTOR [GA]
– an astrophysical enigma both huge and perplexing

Philip Sedgewick:

MARS’ applying T-square to SUN and EARTH

– fanning the flames of already existing tensions.

MARS also is closely conjunct the American nation’s P2

[secondary progressed] SUN, presently at 15,38 PISCES.

Add to this I CHING hexagram #51 [SHOCK, THUNDER]
[15° 07' 30" - 20° 45' 00” ARIES]
ruling the 7th house cusp and we can be assured
that very soon there will be some major developments erupting,
likely surprising, shocking and waking up large parts of the population.

As if all the above wouldn’t be enough we’re just a few days
into a new synodic VENUS cycle.

The first 8 days – when VENUS first emerges from the SUN’s light
as a Morning Star are considered very difficult and highly dramatic.

JUNE 3 - 11, 2020 - VENUS’ inferior conjunction with the SUN & VENUS' helical rising as Morning Star
This is a highly critical 8-day period of major news-making events ... attached charts give it away - we can expect monumental changes - unprecedented shifts in the United States - with President Trump in the driver's seat ... (details below)
Bruce Scofield's observed a pattern, that in these first 8 days of VENUS' emergence as Morning Star leaders make mistakes, governments get overthrown, riots erupt, planes crash, storms break out and the Earth may quake, all of which creates chaos for society.
"When Venus passes between Sun and Earth, its evening star phase ends and it emerges as morning star. In terms of zodiacal longitude, Venus is moving retrograde at this point and passes in front of the direct-moving Sun very quickly.
Mesoamerican astrologers regarded this short period, which they held to be 8 days [JUNE 3 – 11, 2020], as a time of great danger. It was believed that Venus, when it first appears as a morning star, has the power to strike down those in high places. It was also believed to be the force behind impulsive actions and errors on the part of leaders.
Of the four main sections of the 584-day Sun-Earth-Venus synodic cycle, it was the inferior conjunction of Venus and the Sun that got the most attention in ancient Mesoamerica. But because the inferior conjunction itself is invisible, it was the helical rising, the actual first visibility of Venus that counted. After the conjunction, as Venus and the Sun rapidly move away from each other (remember Venus is retrograde at this conjunction), there comes a point where it is visible for only a brief moment in the dawn light. The next day it shines a little longer, and on succeeding days its period of visibility grows.
The Maya were even more specific about this "newly emerging" Venus. They regarded it as a spearing god, one who struck down certain social groups.
Over the years I've correlated news events with the Venus cycle. In particular, it's the inferior conjunction and the first appearance of Venus as a morning star that I've found to be particularly "striking." In numerous articles I've pointed out the regular coincidence of this portion of the Sun-Venus synodic cycle with major news-making events such as the downfall of leaders, plane crashes, and embarrassing situations in high places. In nearly all cases the cause of such events can be traced to impulsiveness, insufficient patience, and bad judgement. Typically, leaders make mistakes, governments get overthrown, riots erupt, planes crash, and storms break out, and the Earth quakes, all of which creates chaos for society. CHART 1 * VENUS inferior conjunction cast for Washington, DC
· SUN-VENUS inferior conjunction [13,35 GEM] - initiating a fresh 584-day cycle - conjunct the American nation's Descendant [13,13 GEM] --> telling us that the American nation is where these coming 30+ months' energetic focus will be --- And keep in mind, opposing is the Great Attractor (GA), at 14,19 SAG! And, what a surprise, NESSUS at 13,15 PIS, linked to pathological behavior and abuse is T-squaring the SUN/VENUS –EARTH geometry!
· I find it highly interesting, this VE/SUN's Washington chart MC-IC axis [22,28 GEM/SAG] - where consciousness resides - is congruent with President Trump's SUN [22,55 GEM] and MOON [21,12 SAG]. Also keep in mind, Trump was born during a Total Lunar eclipse in SAG, and that on JUNE 5 we will have exactly this again - a Lunar eclipse in SAG - which tells us that he's able to emulate with this wild energy and make the best out of it.
CHART 2 * Time/space midpoint * VE/SUN conj - American People
· MARS and AW197 are opposing VESTA and the Part of Fortune - forming a perfect grand square with the IC-MC axis, with ASBOLUS dead on in zenith. --> This supercharged MARS, at the degree of utmost Yang (most to the right – outgoing - in respect to the chart's plumb line) – is accessing AW197’s ability to use the opponent’s moves as taught by Sun Tzu in the Art of War, while Centaur ASBOLUS rules the scene, holds all the many threads – ASBOLUS the seer, prophet, attracted to mysteries, dealing with hidden agendas. It might interest you that Trump has this celestial body conjunct his natal SUN. Opposing VESTA adds determination, the spiritual focus of giving it all without preservation and serve the greater good.
· SUN conjunct DEUCALION [28,38 GEM] – it’s going to be biblical – huge changes on their way – and really, we’re already in the midst of them – however, prepare for everything to get even crazier – DEUCALION was the son of Prometheus. Like Noah he was told to build an ark, and they were the only ones who survived to then repopulate Earth.
· The SUN at 28,02 GEM and the MOON at 5,33 CAN with the BLACK MOON in their midst show that we are at a new beginning, short after midpoint New Moon. Considering this chart moves half as fast as transits, this new cycle is less than a day old. The SUN is approaching the collective shadow, the BLACK MOON – catching up to it in about 10 days time, which gets us to JUNE 12, 2020. (Mark this day on your calendar!)
· VERTEX – the higher dimensional Descendant – is conjunct PHOLUS and PLUTO – all of them conjunct the SUN/VENUS conjunction at 13,35 GEM, and the American nation’s DSC. à Time-space midpoint PLUTO has been cruising over the American nation’s DSC for a few years already, while PHOLUS closed in on this degree in the last year or so. These two slow moving bodies are mirroring what we see happening in real time – that a fundamental overhaul and redefinition of the American society is well under way, very much reflecting the term Great Awakening. The fact that this chart’s Vertex joins this degree indicates that these coming 584 days will definitely bring us to the core of the matter!

I want to add, Trump’s chart reflects something much greater than his personal story. As the nation’s leader he is the torch bearer, the trail blazer, the mastermind. And it’s not just about the Unites States. Millions of individuals, all around the globe are praying for him, he who holds the ground in this epic journey leading into the Golden Age.
- The zenith of this chart [8,35 GEM] is conjunct the US URANUS, indicating that he’s fully conscious of the extreme situation we’re all in together – and he’s zooming in on the beast. Trump is very well equipped handling this crisis, his chart gives it away – the dominant SUN-URANUS-AW197-RHADAMANTUS-ORCUS-LUNAR N.NODE in his 10th house, opposed by the pre-eclipse SAGITTARIUS FULL MOON in house 4.
