COMPUTER PROBLEMS ? clipboard is stuck - easy solution

HIT windows + R (that is the key - on the bottom left side with 4 squares on it)

it will open up the RUN BOX
and, into the run box window
just type the following command statement

cmd / c" echo off"|clip"

and, then press ENTER

problem will be fixed
