Dancing...upon The Mother Earth

Last night,
as, I stood upon The Mother Earth,
in zero temperatures,
and, UPON the melting snow
and, UPON the muds
and, within the exhilerating cold of the water
the soul in the soles of my feet re-awakened
and, i came inside
and, I light a candle
upon returning inside from my sacred fire
and, as I looked into the candle
as a wise woman, Grandmother Wty Raven reminded me,

'the Universe gave you far more...including nothing you can NOT handle...
How many of the tribe you are with understand you?"

Susan thought, very few, but, also knew there were also many, but said nothing, she listened instead

Susan says: i am a sky traveler...
do you know what that is exactly

i have a roadmap; that wins the spiritual war; which is the real war
the 3d war is a distration


Grandmother Why Raven says..u an astral flyer?

susan says: no; astral level, both the lower and the higher is lower than your higher self

i work in the low,mid and high causal

which aligns The Higher Self; The Essence aka The Core; along with The Monad
(The part that moves you past, present, future and NOW, through The Pivot of The NOW,
which is all part of my roadmap)
i came to the anasuzi people 26000 years ago,
when we had a change of the grand cycle

Grandmother Why Raven says...
and you dont get paid...

Susan says: this is how i know the cycles

teachers of teachers; never get paid

i guess the universe gave me a home with a rising market

so; i just kept snapping the difference out of it

and; that funded all of my work

Grandmother Why Raven says...
the Universe gave you far more...including nothing you can NOT handle

Susan says: i drown in 1966; and; iwas taken to Chief and now,
Grandfather William Commanda of gathering of the nations
i had the initiation when i drown
that aligned the cosmic healer with the cosmic exchanger
eagle - and; condor
they are what pulled me out of the water
then; they flew thru me
as; i watched outside of my body
every year; i went there to his traditional gatherings

"maybe you should take a few deep breaths and ground yourself
you are writing as if your mind is racing...can you slow it down??"

Susan said, we also had the bite of the spider; which actives the cosmic weaver

"Call on William Commanda to guide you...
But BREATH first...slow yourself at least a bit so you can step outside and see yourself...
or your 3D being...i want to tell you something....
you are alright...you will be alright
you do NOT need to fight to be heard nor understood...

I know its likely very cold out there but if you can, go out with bare feet
and let the earth mother come up thru you...breathe her sweet cold airs

go do it....do not procrastinate...go do it now...
I will wait till you come back in...or at least try to
(meaning I will try to wait)"

Susan says: OK ... and went outside to follow the wise instructions that were given

wow; that was cold, she said.

Grandmother Why Raven says...
LOL...I bet

Susan says: there is about 3" of very cold water from the snow melting; and, lots of mud

Grandmother Why Raven says...
tell me what you felt other than the cold?

Susan says: and; its about time for a sunrise ceremony
i felt it wake up the soul in my feet
my sacred fire had burned down like an eagle;
due to how i feed the fire the sticks
- my last boyfriend b4 my spouse was an accomplished roadman and grandfather

I bet...a bit of a cold shock for your 'foot' sole!

Susan says: there are many spots in the feet and hands
that are all interconnected, i guess too i have not been sleeping a lot lately

thats coz our soul is crammed into such a tiny body!!

susan says...i am more of a keeper of night than day

Grandmother Why Raven says...
well, your body needs a rest so that your mind can slow a little

Susan said: it definitely super charged me

Grandmother Why Raven says...
You are worrying alot....is that right?

susan says: i have been about my mother

Grandmother Why Raven says...
ok...do you know how to see her from a distance??

susan says: not easy to be so far away from here

yes; we are a walker between worlds

in the end; when she is in hospice then;
i will be able to show her; what she forgot to awaken too

Grandmother Why Raven says...
you dont need to walk between worlds...just go check in on her...

susan says: like i did for my dad; although my dad was very connected as a spiritualist

he had lost his faith in the great spirit; since it took his mother when he was only 23

Grandmother Why Raven says...
your Mum may not be able to accept it in this world...
and her passing moments may not be the right time to try

susan says: ironically; my dad's discarnate mother and birds pulled me from the water

yes; thank you for those words

do; and; be - are NOT yet part of her spiritual practice NOR her vocabulary

you are going to do dawn prayers??

susan says: yes; i already started them

by; feeding the sacred fire

Grandmother Why Raven says...
have you got a candle lit??

susan says: no candle lit; but, i have a sacred fire outside

Grandmother Why Raven says...

can you light a candle??

Susan says; is beeswax one ok

Grandmother Why Raven says...
please do ...it doesnt matter what its made of

susan says: like a golden one

Grandmother Why Raven says...
its the single flame I would urge you to look into


let its light enter you through your overly awake eyes


take some time JUST for YOUR Being...


let the photons mingle


and allow the light of the single flame to calm you


when you finish your morning ritual...please try to allow your body to rest quietly


no music, no distractions of any kind

went out to get a light from my sacred fire

susan says: yes ; near the fire it is dry

the black snakes that like to come to the fireplace in the summer;
fortunately they go to sleep for the winter

there are 7 of them

scares some people

i find it quite fascinating that they move around the outside of the rocks in the summer time

or; they dash out when i light the fire in 7 different directions

glad their isn;t an 8th one to run in my direction

not dangerous snakes
