Long Count and Dreamspell by Valum Votan

The Dreamspell is a description of the synchronic order.

The Long Count is the sacred count of days.

Both use the same harmonic standard - the Tzolkin or Harmonic Module.

For Dreamspell, the Harmonic Module
is an absolute fourth-dimensional referencing matrix and synchronic gauge.

For the Long Count, it is an ever-recurring 260-day count
beginning at 4 Ahau, 8 Cumhu August 13 BC 3113 (3114),
and which establishes endless cycles of vinals, tuns, katuns, and baktuns.

The Dreamspell is a new dispensation.

Its count is calibrated to 8 Wizard, July 26, 1987.

It utilizes the reformed 13 moon 28 + 1 day Tun Uk and Haab 365-day counts as its measure.

Since its purpose is twofold - to displace the artificial and irregular Gregorian calendar,
and to establish the synchronic order and the Law of Time as a new basis of knowledge
and the reformulation of the human mind as a purely fourth dimensional knowing,
it operates in perfect 52-year solar-galactic cycles.

It does not recognize leap day and so maintains the perfection of the synchronic order a purely fourth- dimensional order in which the irregularity of leap day does not occur.

As long as the Gregorian calendar is still in use as a point of reference, leap day, February 29,
is counted as 0.0 Hunab Ku.

When the human is harmonized in the supermental order of the Law of Time,
and the Gregorian calendar is no longer known or recognized,
we will be able to telepathically stabilize the Earth’s rotation
at a perfect 365 days and the leap day will be eliminated.

There is no conflict between Dreamspell and the Long Count.

They are merely two different standards that serve two different purposes,
both operating with different applications of the same system.

The synchronic order harmonizes all timing systems,
including the Long Count, all lunar calendars, etc.

Currently, between February 29, 2004 and February 28, 2008,
the difference between the Dreamspell and the Long Count is 49 days.

Between 2008 and 2012, the difference will be 48 days, and after February 29, 2012, it will be 47 days.

Hence today, Kin 196 Dreamspell, is Kin 147 Long Count.

(Northern) Winter solstice 2012 will be Kin 207 Dreamspell and Kin 160 Long Count.

People who believe that there is a conflict between the two systems are still immersed in dualism
and are fixated on being right.

The future spiritual-mental evolution depends on holding multiple views simultaneously,
of seeing the inherent harmony in all forms of order whatsoever,
and of experiencing non-dual unification of self and other.

2013 – New Aeon of Consciousness

We are the Elders of the Supreme Star Council of the Federation of Galactic Federations.

We speak as a unified voice of matters that concern all of you. As a unified voice we can only be understood by a unified consciousness.

A unified consciousness is not just the consciousness of a single being unified in itself, but that of a brother/sisterhood of beings unified as a single organism.

Many of you are feeling the accelerated changes taking place within your organism and on your planet.

These shifts are coming because your collective inner dream is beginning to assert itself in the third dimension.

Everything that is occurring in your world is a symptom of rapidly approaching the major event point of the changing aeon of consciousness.

The earth is shifting frequency from 12:60 machine “time is money” domination to 13:20 spiritual/mental “time is art” evolution.

Many who are talking or writing about 2012 are passing their intuitive perceptions about the event through a 12:60 filter, and presume, through their work, to be the spokesperson for a particular point of view which they invariably think is the correct one.

They are not to blame.

The mass mind has not yet fully realized their consciousness is still immersed in the aeon of consciousness that is soon to be terminated (12:60).

They are not communicating yet from the perspective of the new aeon of consciousness (13:20).

The new aeon of consciousness is the aeon of universal unified consciousness.

The old aeon is the aeon of the evolution of the egoic individualized consciousness.

During this cycle consciousness has emerged from a tribal unconscious of spiritual equality into a dialectical struggle between those who dominate through the reinvention of reality and those who uphold the sufficiency of spiritual Reality.

The upholders of the reinvention of reality have incarnated to play roles such as politicians, bankers, CEOs of pharmaceutical companies, etc.

This dialectical struggle has created the tension in consciousness that has dominated your line of force
for the last six thousand years. This is the climax of the struggle between spirit and matter.

All the sacred books and teachers of holy truth have arisen solely for the purpose of upholding
the remembrance of spiritual reality against the rising tide of materialism.

Even so, the followers of these sacred books and holy teachers themselves always end up reinventing reality and calling it by the name of yet another religion. In this way the progressive force of the upholders of the reinvention of reality have come to prevail.

In this patriarchal script, the weight of matter always proves superior to the etheric mantle of spirit, which it easily tears to shreds. But this is soon to change.

The dialectic between spirit and matter is known as history, the progress of the reinventers of reality in time
– the dominating patriarch – and their unceasing pursuit of power and total world conquest.

Finally, about 500 years ago, the objective of conquering the entire line of force for the benefit of those
upholding the reinvention of reality as the principle purpose of human existence had been attained.

The last remnants of tribal consciousness could then be squeezed into this artificial matrix fueled by greed where money reigns as the supreme arbiter.

Now also the final stage of the present aeon of consciousness was able to flower.

This was the age of the flowering of ego, male dominance and the triumph of the individualization of consciousness.

In the New Aeon comes the emergence and balance of the earth-centered feminine energy that does not fit into existing frameworks.

In this final age all vestiges of the tribal unconscious and the older hierarchies of spiritual reality were pushed aside
in favor of the complete reinvention of Reality, the new world order. Consciousness was now privatized through media of mass communication. Anyone could think and do what they wanted – within the limits set by the protectors of the social order. What you call nature was devalued to the condition of a raw commodity resource bank where Earth’s precious resources were unfeelingly stripped and sold to the highest bidder.

We are the Elders of the Supreme Star Council of the Federation of Galactic Federations.

We have studied your line of force through different aeons of consciousness.

The aeon now ending is the Aeon of the Testing of Consciousness. It is the testing of the individual soul.

Who you think you are and who you actually are, are two entirely different things.

You have theories about how you came to be which make no sense.

You are closer to the truth when you place GOD (Galactic Ordering Dynamic) in the position of having created you.
As the emanation of the Higher Reality, the template of your being was “fashioned” by divinely directed “biological engineers” in another line of force of reality.

Your galaxy was selected as a test zone. The test zone was designed by cosmic engineers to accommodate sequences of aeons of consciousness in which your species was the test case for the emergence of “spiritual consciousness.”
Following the final testing of the present aeon of consciousness, the new aeon will dawn,
the aeon of the flowering of spiritual consciousness. For this we are being prepared as a new cosmic species.

Perhaps best known for his role in initiating the world famous Harmonic Convergence global peace meditation
of August 16-17, 1987, Jose was also one of the originators of the Earth Day concept
and is recognized as the "father of the Whole Earth Festival," now in its 33rd year at Davis, California.

Holding a Ph.D. in art history and aesthetics from the University of Chicago (1969), José's career as an educator
has included professorships at Princeton University, University of California Davis, the Evergreen State College,
Olympia Washington, the Naropa Institute, San Francisco State University, the University of Colorado
and the Union Graduate School.

An artist as well as an author, his numerous books include the international best seller, The Mayan factor,
Earth Ascending, Surfers of the Zuvuya, the Arcturus Probe and the recently published Time and the Technosphere,
The law of Time in Human Affairs. A spiritual seeker, Jose studied Tibetan Buddhism for many years
with noted meditation master, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, yet feels it is important to break out of the shell
of all organized religion and establish what he calls a "return to UR -the Universal religion."

But it is his pioneering work on the Mayan Calendar that has absorbed his energies most passionately.

They are cycles of time based on the cosmos that work together like, the, gears of a watch. Each connects with the central sacred cycle, "Tzolk'in", a Pleiadian cycle. As they circumnavigate, they synchronize to "day one, month one 11, thus creating 11-11, and an energy portal. When the cosmic web is understood and experienced, we become omni perspective and total cosmic remembrance and inter dimensional travel are possible. MAYAN CALENDARS The Aztec Calendar was basically similar to that of the Maya. The ritual day cycle was called Tonalpohualli and was formed, as was the Mayan Tzolkin, by the concurrence of a cycle of numerals 1 through 13 with a cycle of 20 day names, many of them similar to the day names of the Maya. Where the Aztec differed most significantly from the Maya was in their more primitive number system and in their less precise way of recording dates. Normally, they noted only the day on which an event occurred and the name of the current year. Moreover, years of the same name recur at 52-year intervals, and Spanish colonial annals often disagree as to the length of time between two events. The Aztec calendar kept two different aspects of time; tonalpohualli and xiuhpohualli. Each of these systems had a different purpose. The tonalpohualli was the 'counting of days.' It originated by ancient peoples observing that the sun, crossed a certain zenith point near the Mayan city of Copan, every 260 days. So this first system is arranged in a 260-day cycle. These 260 days were then broken up into 20 periods, with each period containing 13 days, called trecenas. Each period was given the name of something that was then shown by a hieroglyphic sign, and each trecena was given a number 1-13. Each trecena is also thought to have a god or deity presiding over each of the trecena. They kept these counts in tonal or screenfold books made from bark paper. The Aztecs used this as a religious calendar. Priests used the calendar to determine luck days for such activities as sowing crops, building houses, and going to war. The xiuhpohualli was the 'counting of the years.' This calendar was kept on a 365-day solar count. This was also the agricultural and ceremonial calendar of the Aztec state. It was divided into 18 periods, with each period containing 20 days, called veintenas. This left five days that were not represented. These were called "nemontemi." These were the five transition days between the old and the new year, and were considered days of nothing. This was a time of festivals. People came to the festivals with their best clothes on, and took part in singing and dancing. This is also when the priest would perform sacrifices, most of these sacrifices were human, but others were performed on animals and fruit. The solar year was the basis for the civil calendar by which the Mexicans (Aztecs) determined the myriad ceremonies and rituals linked to agricultural cycles. The calendar was made up of 18 months, each lasting 20 days. The months were divided into four five-day weeks. The year was rounded out to 365 days by the addition of the five-day nemontemi (empty days), an omnivoros period marked by the cessation of normal activities and general abstinence. for synchronizing the 52-year cycles,
because it synchronizes perfectly with the 260 day fourth- dimensional timing gauge
to create a 52-year permutation cycle. 73 x 260 days = 52 x 365 days = 8980 days = 52 years
= one Sirius B rotation around Sirius A.

The 52-year Solar-Galactic cycle is actually the Sirian cycle.

This has many implications, as it sheds light on why the Galactic Maya introduced the 52-year cycle

and channel of the Sirius Council.

As with all the historical methods and religions, the high level of the Galactic Mayan call
was not maintained, and so in 1987, a new dispensation had to occur.

so the new Galactic Mayan dispensation, called Dreamspell,

Interestingly, a major prophetic cycle of 22 of the 52-year Sirian cycles
was concluded in 987.

This prophetic cycle ran from AD 843 to 987.

The conclusion of this prophecy cycle

— 3 Heavens and 9 Hells

—signaled the moment for a new dispensation of time.

Hence, with the Dreamspell and 3 Moon/28 day calendar,
the New Sirius 52-year cycles have their beginning point on July 26, 987,
and run ad in nitum into the future,
preparing the human mind with a new time consciousness for the Golden Age.

The July 26 synchronization date of the new calendar,
commemorated for a time in the Chilam Balaam tradition,
was revealed as the natural point to begin the new dispensation,
because in early times it registered the day when Sirius
was conjunct with the rising sun.

In the Dreamspell, the 52- year cycles are also called Solar-Galactic cycles.

Now, that signification has more meaning
because it registers precisely the orbit of Sirius B around Sirius A
in synchronization with the solar-lunar cycle of the 3 Moon/28-day synchronometer.

By following the new 3 Moon/28-day measure we are elevating our minds and bodies
to be in solar-galactic synchronization with the consciousness of the Sirius Council
as it is simultaneously registered in the orbits of both Sirius B and our planet.

The 52 weeks (heptads) are a fractal of the 52-year cycle.

This, of course, also references the importance of the number 7 in relation to the 52,

52 x 7 = 364 + = 365 x 52 = orbit of Sirius B.

As we know, in the new calendar the 365th day of the year is the “day out of time”
—no day of the week or month at all, and, therefore, the perfect day to celebrate love,
tolerance universal forgiveness and the principle of time is art.

Since this day always falls on July 25,
we may also say it is the day to celebrate
the dawning of fourth-dimensional Sirian consciousness on Earth.
