    25ab. 1 cup of milk OR buttermilk​
    25ab. 1 cup of flour​
    25ab. 1 egg​
    25ab. 1 tablespoon of sugar (organic sugar cane / or sugar in the raw)​
    25ab. 1 tablespoon of oil (myself, i use a tbsp. of real butter)​
    25ab. REAL PURE vanilla​

    1. Put the milk, the egg, a pinch of vanilla, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of oil in a bowl and beat very well.​
    2. Now sift the flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Grind very well so there are no lumps.​
    3. Then pour the above mixture into the sifted flour and mix well until lumps disappear and the mixture is very liquid.​
    4. Now let the mixture sit for 30 minutes. This is so that the flour gets well hydrated in the mixture.​
    5. Now we paint a nonstick pan with oil and put it on medium heat, pour some of the mixture until the whole pan is filled.​
