Sort each into the box it belongs to in bulk. Once all are sorted you can sort them in the program by genre, author, number of pages, publisher, etc. You can use this info to start looking them up to see if any are worth selling individually (most won't be) and then to sort them into lots by author or genre and then the program will tell you exactly which boxes to go pull the books from. Personally, I like to see what all is in a box without opening it to make sure I can make enough lots from a single box and not have a bunch of loose books to deal with when I have time to list book lots. I LOVE this program for all its uses.
