Jupiter is the planet of luck and blessings.

He supports the growth and expansion of our spiritual visions as we journey from personality ego focus to Divine Consciousness.

Astrologer Alan Oken calls Jupiter “The Light of Wisdom”.

This largest known planet in our solar system influences truth, justice, law, judges, long distant travel, philosophy, religion, ideologies, and belief systems.

He also is associated with the universal laws governing humanity.

He is considered to be a “social” planet (along with Saturn) and so influences society in general as well as the individual.

He is now ready to journey through the sign of Scorpio
for the next 13 months to Nov 08, 2018.



Scorpio is the Fixed Water sign.

It hides its true feelings.

It is like the iceberg that only shows the surface when hidden underneath in the ocean is its massive structure.

Or it can be the emotional whirlpool that sucks us under into the depths.

It is intense and secretive.

It is also excellent at knowing when it is being lied to.

Scorpio’s key phrase is “I Desire”.

That is its ego focus.

But spiritually Scorpio is “The Transformer”.

It is the gateway to The Mysteries that only a Soul Centered individual
is brave enough to enter.

Scorpio is associated with sex, death, resurrection, and re-birth.

With Jupiter traveling here we will probably see deception, secrets,
and lies being exposed.

In fact in the US that is already happening with a high powered male executive in the entertainment industry being accused of years of sexual harassment.

Scorpio exposes those with agendas of control and manipulation to have power over others. I believe this is just the beginning.

It might sound like I do not “like” Scorpio.

Actually it is one of my favorite signs.

It gets to the core of any issue and offers an opportunity for healing, transformation, release, and renewal.

That is what this Jupiter journey through Scorpio is gifting us with.



Our Animal Totem guides are Snake, shedding the old and renewal (Northern Hemisphere) and Beaver, building the new (Southern Hemisphere).

Of course we have to make space for the new by releasing what no longer serves us.

Jupiter here will help us grow and expand if we are willing to let go of the old.

The planetary ruler for Jupiter in Scorpio is Pluto.

He tears down the old structures that no longer work in order to make space for the new.

See the theme?

Pluto will be in Capricorn (transforming society) for the whole Jupiter in Scorpio journey.

They will be working in a sextile aspect (ease of opportunity) in January, April, and September 2018.

We can call this opportunities for easy transformation, both personally
and in the world.

Just remember Scorpio and Pluto ask us to go deep.

So these are not superficial changes.

They are core transformations.

The Soul Centered ruler of Jupiter in Scorpio is Mars.

He is the god of war but also the Spiritual Warrior who supports us
to take action guided by our Higher Consciousness
while he guides Jupiter in Scorpio.

In 2018 Mars will be closer to the Earth and will be brighter
and more prominent than he has been for a long time.

He will be retrograde from June 26 to August 27 in 2018
and emphasises the theme of transformation, release, and renewal.

We will just have to see how the human world will react to this opportunity
for profound healing.

Jupiter in Scorpio will give us all the gift of deep healing, transformation and rebirth.

But it may not be immediate or without conflict.

Scorpio is a 4th Ray sign.

That is the Ray of harmony through conflict.

But Jupiter is a 2nd Ray planet.

That is the Ray of Divine Love and Wisdom.

May we all awaken to the Divine Beingness in All That Is.
