    HOW TO MAKE LEMON MERINGUE PIE?

    Ingredients:

    1 Large Box Jello Lemon Filling

    The Meringue Recipe
    1/3 of granulate sugar
    3-4 egg whites

    Make sure your pie filling is:

    Room temperature cool before topping with meringue.

    Whip egg whites till very foamy with an electric hand mixer or Kitchen Aid.

    When very foamy start sprinkling in the sugar a little at a time.

    When it turns a thick foamy pearl color it is ready.

    Then top your pie and spread your meringue to reach and touch the pie crust to kind of seal it.

    Place in a 425 oven till the desired golden color on the meringue.
