    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
    • 1 cup pure olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons pressed garlic (minced)
    • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
    • 1 tablespoon sugar in the raw, or more, to taste
    • or, 1 tablespoon of REAL MAPLE syrup
    • 1 tablespoon dried basil
    • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
    DIRECTIONS:

    1. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, parsley, sugar in the raw OR maple syrup (your choice), basil and oregano.
    2. This can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
