Molasses Cookies

1 - cup shortening
1 - cup white sugar or sugar-in-the-raw
1 - cup molasses
mix these ingredients well
Then Add;
2 - Tsp.baking soda with 1 - cup of boiling water
5 to 6 cups flour
1 -Tsp. nutmeg
3 -Tsp.Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. sea salt

Mix ingredients well,
Turn out on floured board
and knead a few minutes
Dough should be soft

Roll dough out cut with Biscuit cutter
Bake in 325 % oven
for 15 to 20 minutes..
