To find our deepest connection to nature, we need look no further than the geometry of the human body. It is at the apex of creation, reflecting the beauty of the cosmos and embodying the order of its physics. Yet in spite of this self-evident truth, we still have very little understanding about why our bodies are shaped the way they are and how that might be related to perception and human consciousness.

The contemporary Darwinian view from the fields of biology and anthropology hold that the appearance of life on Earth was driven by chance from the molecular level up then adapted over time to survive in a hostile environment. [1] Indeed, the accepted theory of evolution depends exclusively on natural selection and survival of the fittest (with the occasional mutation) to explain the shapes of the tiniest plants and organisms up to the largest animal. [2] This theory can be summed up by the oft-repeated phrase:

If we could somehow restart life on Earth or some other planet from the beginning, it would probably turn out completely different.

But what if there is a less obvious yet universal property in nature that physically guides evolution from beneath the environmental process of natural selection? What if life is as much a function of the way atoms bond into specific patterns, as it is genetic mutation and survival of the fittest? And what if all of this revolves around the Divine Proportion?

The Shape of Things, by Jorgelito aka Doug

We may recognize repeating fractal patterns at every level of life. What we see are patterns of shape, sequence and proportion. We may ask the meaning of these patterns. It's like looking at a car on the road and trying to figure out what kind of person is driving it. You never know . . .

What we see is a projection of a larger field (our native space) onto one of fewer dimensions (our world). It's like a shadow passing through our world . . .

A sphere passing through a plane appears as circles

The patterns of shape, sequence and proportion are the patterns projected on the plane of our existence by Continuum as It passes through. They can be beautiful . . .

From our native viewpoint within a space of stillness, the world is moving through us (akin to the Star Trek Warp Drive where space moves around the starship) . . .

We may experience our native space as being immersed in love, unbounded, true and still relative to the world around us.

We create patterns when we and our body resonate together. It may feel like we're walking through a portal or doorway . . .

Patterns have reality to us. One such pattern is our worldview . . .

Moon -- A Pattern of Shadow Light

    mmmmm384344165874-jpg.

I call it Shadow Light. The light is indirect. It feels almost like the real thing but is not.

In human affairs, this is living by proxy establishing who we are by what we know, what we have done or what we have. The operating principle is that we forget who we really are and opt to identify instead with the experience we're having (the task at hand - could be losing weight or getting married).

Choosing Shadow makes for an identity we can understand and predict fairly well. But it's like a caramel double shot espresso, it doesn't last forever.

    Examples

New Years Resolutions, on & off diet and exercise programs, moving in and out of any kind of addiction

Common to these is that we fall off the wagon because the experience was not authentic in the first place. It was just for show (for our own benefit essentially).

There are many ways. They're all good. Some enjoy playing being unconscious . . .

    Making Sparks!

I feel like making some sparks! I'm almost certain it's the stuff we throw out when we're into something real cool or with someone we really like.

And what are these sparks I ask? Energies of frequency and wavelength? I think they are much more. Balls of light and fire. Of any form: suns, galaxies or universes.

These are not cheap, imitation, knock-off sparks.

From the sparks we create from a terrific Taco Bell burrito we're eating, universes are being created! These magical sparks contain not only burrito thoughts, but also our life, our world, all those we love and the many universes we live in.

    Patterns of Spark

We don't actually see these sparks -- only their tracks. It's something like the wind or nuclear particles that way . . .

Spark is responsible for the patterns of our entire observable world. And how do we fit into all this? We are what you don't see in the middle of everything . . .
