Potatoe Pancakes Aka Potatoe Cakes Aka Fried Mashed Potatoes

Started with two cups of mashed potatoes.
Added a little over a 1/4 cup flour
and 1 egg,
add 1 tsp of minced garlic
add 1 tbsp of finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp (0.25)sea salt and
1/4 tsp (0.25)black cracked ground pepper

Heated a pan with real butter
(do NOT use margazine or even canola oils)
fry with REAL BUTTER

Fry on medium heat
until you get your desired level of brown
on both sides.

Drain on a paper towel
and sprinkle with your favourite type of seasonsings !!!

Easy and quick
