That Is Sending 5G Back To The Drawing Board

Kennedy challenged the safety of 5G and took the FCC, FDA, and

Telecommunications Giants to court

alleging that there was virtually no studies to determine

the negative health impacts the increased radiation

from 5G exposure would have.

After a lengthy court battle, going all the way up to the Court of Appeals,

eventually the Judge ruled in Kennedy's favor, agreeing that there was

so little evidence proving that 5G technology was safe that it can not be used

until such time that it can be proven to not cause harm.

Now for 5G to move forward in the United States,

these companies have to hold public hearings,

present their safety studies, and allow for their data to be challenged.

This is huge.

In essence, Robert Kennedy just drove the nail in the coffin

for the "Internet of Things".

The technology was never meant to improve the lives of anyone,

but rather was a system of totalitarian tracking and control.

As many speculate that this was the ultimate purpose

of putting graphene oxide nanoparticles in the jabs,

those sinister plans, too, have now been torpedoed.

I'm still willing to bet that there was and is a correlation between 5G technology and Covid-19, Covid_19, Covid 19 or cornavirus
Exposure to high frequencies, like 5G, as, it will reduce oxygen to white blood cells
and it will greatly diminish the immune system.

The pilot city for 5G was Wuhan, China in November of 2019.

This got me thinking, is 5G - THE MASTER KEY

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect Americans from the telecom and cable industries. Instead the agency has catered to these industries for decades (see 1, 2). Lawsuits have been filed against it for NOT protecting the public from unsafe levels of cell phone and WiFi radiation, 5G on Earth (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), in space (see 1, 2) and also for allowing telecom and cable companies to overcharge Americans for decades.

Earlier this month, a federal court ruled in favor of organizations and petitioners that claim the agency is not adequately protecting the public from harmful wireless exposure.

In an historic decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit judged in favor of environmental health groups and petitioners on Aug. 13, 2021, finding the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) violated the Administrative Procedure Act and failed to respond to comments on environmental harm. The court ruled that the decision by the FCC to retain its 1996 safety limits for human exposure to wireless radiation was “arbitrary and capricious.” and held that the FCC failed to respond to “record evidence that exposure to RF radiation at levels below the Commission’s current limits may cause negative health effects unrelated to cancer.”
