Two years ago while he was trying to find a way to make money off of his passion, he realized he could turn the old tireslittering the streets into pet beds. Not only is Silva making money, but he is also reducing the amount of garbage littering the streets of Brazil. Amarildo Silva The man works out of his backyard.
