At that moment when the 90 angle
between SUN and MOON was exact,
when the MOON was most exactly
- by one mere minute of arc
- tightly clamped in between PLUTO and JUPITER.

The third quarter MOON's theme is 'CRISIS IN THINKING'
- it has initiated the final 7-day period of this present Soli-Lunar cycle.

This is a time of taking stock, of adjusting
to countless developments and subsequent insights
of what's has been happening and building up
since the enormously momentous changes
- i;e; SATURN's AQUA ingress
- that occurred around the Spring Equinox New Moon.

• Mercury-Chiron-Black Moon
• at the source point, the root,
• the fourth house cusp
• - dominating the second quadrant
• --> real information, difficult to face and digest,
• initiating a healing process ++++

• Vesta-Venus-Hygeia-Bienor at the Descendant, the 7th house cusp, dominating the third quadrant --> dedicated and spiritually motivated effort to bring back health and harmony +++++ it is highly interesting that the Western horizon's degree of 9,05 GEMINI is conjunct the American nation's natal URANUS
• ORCUS (10,25 VIRGO) conjunct Part of Fortune (9,05 VI), high up in house 9, T-squaring the horizon. Orbital geometry reveals that Orcus is Pluto's mirror - working on internal levels - representing the female component - doing the same work Pluto achieves in a more masculine fashion on outer ones. ORCUS represents the rumbling in the deep, alchemy and transmutation.

WASHINGTON, DC - at the centre of the action:

• HYLONOME (facing grief, absorbing and redeeming pain, taking the lead towards healing the wounds) and ARROKOTH (standing under the open sky, integrative vision, seeing the greater picture) - at the chart's root, sandwiching the plumb line, at the fourth house cusp, setting the tone for the heaviy populated second quadrant of reaching out and building foundations.

that we can see in the American nation's secondary progressions.

Based on fractal principles

WHY THE AMERICAN CHART WITH 13,13 SAG RISING MAKES SO MUCH SENSE

Comment:

“US is Gemini rising, I’m convinced,
and published C Carter, Mundane Astro, a century ago”

Me: “I know there's quite a number of different charts out there.

I like this one with 13,13 SAG rising the best,

and this for a variety of reasons.

First I’d like to say, SAG aims for the stars,

everything has to be bigger and better.

Jupiter’s sign SAG represents the higher mind,

spirituality, freedom, sovereignty and liberty

– and all these are important key qualities

– what makes the United States and its groundbreaking

constitution so very special.

Then, with this in mind, the ninth house immediately
becomes much more important

- because it resonates with the ninth sign (SAG).

With this 14th degree of SAG rising,

the ninth house (Placidus) starts off

with the 27th degree of LEO

(conjunct Trump's MARS

– the one who’s awakening the sleeping beauty,

reminding the people of their great visions,

rekindling the nation’s inherent power).

This ninth house however contains an interception

- the entire sign VIRGO is enclosed within it.

Whenever they occur, interceptions are holding the deeper enigma.

They’re very important, that’s where the problem is buried,

and also where the solution is found.

First off interceptions can be quite a big setback,

handicap or limitation - a blind spot, a wound, a karmic affliction,

something we’re meant to work through in order to mature,

to finally be able to harness the enclosed potentials

and to find ways to share them with the world.

So in the American People, the signs VIRGO in 9,

as well as PISCES in 3, are intercepted,

there are no house cusps in these two signs,

suspension points which would anchor them

and make them accessible; they are islands if you will.

So, in house 9, the dominant factors are the

BLACK MOON conjunct NEPTUNE;

which in house 3 are opposed by ARROKOTH in PISCES,
and T-squared in house 7 by MARS in GEMINI.

This configuration reveals quite a bit and is of central importance,

most particularly as MARS in angular house 7

is the only direct outlet for all the 3rd and 9th houses’

trapped tensions and confusions.

In fact one could write a whole book

about just this configuration alone.

Its impacts can be found all through the American history.

It shows how easily the people could be blinded

and intentionally misguided, triggered to express

all these pent up energies of mental confusion

and mind control though countless wars and internal conflicts,

how the people could get tricked to go after each other,

and also how the American nation was pushed to indulge

in becoming the world’s police (MARS in 7, exacerbated by SATURN in 10).

Furthermore, there’s the Great Attractor (GA), at 10,56 SAG,

conjunct the ASC, at 13,13 SAG.

And once again, this couldn’t be more to the point!

Energetic vortices and planets that are conjunct the ASC

are of prime importance, they colorize our personality,

their energies manifest and express in our temperament.

so you may understand how well this matches

the American nation’s personality,

and even more so as it gives a clue

why the American experiment served as leading edge

in achieving final liberation from thousands of years of oppression:

The GA – anchored in the eternal firmament of stars and galaxies
– since has advanced a few degrees due to the Precession of the Equinoxes.

It now is at 14,20 SAG.

This means, around the year 1940,
the GA was perfectly aligned
with the American nation’s ASC.

And yes, so much more could be said about this chart!.

For now I want to add just one more point, the void-of-course

AQUARIUS MOON that is closely conjunct asteroid PALLAS,

right at the 3rd house cusp.

VOC Moons are devoid of clear direction,

they're running into a fog; they're lacking clear focus

and are easily distracted.

On the upside however, VOC Moons are right-brain dominant,

intuitive, spiritually inclined and potentially very creative.

Moon conjunct Pallas in AQUARIUS, at the third house cusp,

this very nicely illustrates an exceptionally gifted imagination,

the dreaming up of cutting edge utopian ideas

(dispositor is URANUS in house 6

- guided by practical, service oriented innovation).

But also, this Moon-Pallas configuration can be attracted to

and literally craving for mental distraction,

a potentially obsessive thirst for gossip, entertainment

and all kinds of lower mind interference

(the 3rd house resonates with the sign GEMINI).
