WHO Finally Admits COVID19 PCR Test Has A ‘Problem’

In a statement released on December 14, 2020 the World Health Organization finally owned up to what 100,000’s of doctors and medical professionals have been saying for months: the PCR test used to diagnose COVID-19 is a hit and miss process with way too many false positives.
This WHO-admitted “Problem” comes in the wake of international lawsuits exposing the incompetence and malfeasance of public health officials and policymakers for reliance on a diagnostic test not fit for purpose.
This World Health Organization admission is that the crux of the “problem” is a wholly arbitrary cycling process which “means that many cycles were required to detect virus. In some circumstances, the distinction between background noise and actual presence of the target virus is difficult to ascertain.” [emphasis added]
The UN body is now clearly looking to distance itself from the fatally flawed test as a growing number of lawsuits are processing through the courts exposing the insanity of relying on a test that even the inventor, Professor Kary B. Mullis said was never designed to diagnose diseases. [1]

Professor Mullis was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1993. ‘Coincidentally’, Mullis died just before the pandemic started.
We reported on November 22, 2020 that a landmark court case in Portugal had ruled that the polymerase chain reaction test (PCR) used worldwide to diagnose COVID-19 was not fit for purpose. Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.
As Off-Guardian.org reported at the time:

“In their ruling, judges Margarida Ramos de Almeida and Ana Paramés referred to several scientific studies. Most notably this study by Jaafar et al., which found that – when running PCR tests with 35 cycles or more – the accuracy dropped to 3%, meaning up to 97% of positive results could be false positives.
The ruling goes on to conclude that, based on the science they read, any PCR test using over 25 cycles is totally unreliable. Governments and private labs have been very tight-lipped about the exact number of cycles they run when PCR testing, but it is known to sometimes be as high as 45. Even fearmonger-in-chief Anthony Fauci has publicly stated anything over 35 is totally unusable.”​

Among thousands of angry doctors arguing PCR tests should not be used is Dr. Pascal Sacré. He wrote that:

“This misuse of RT-PCR technique is used as a relentless and intentional strategy by some governments, supported by scientific safety councils and by the dominant media, to justify excessive measures such as the violation of a large number of constitutional rights, the destruction of the economy with the bankruptcy of entire active sectors of society, the degradation of living conditions for a large number of ordinary citizens, under the pretext of a pandemic based on a number of positive RT-PCR tests, and not on a real number of patients.”​

Clear and conclusive scientific evidence proves that these tests are not accurate and create a statistically significant percentage of false positives. Positive results more likely indicate “ordinary respiratory diseases like the common cold.” [2]

However, none of this is new information to science. These facts were known at least before 2007 after a New York Times report entitled, “Faith in Quick Test Leads to Epidemic That Wasn’t,” (image, above) clearly showed how scientifically inaccurate PCR tests are, featuring many shocking statements from medical experts on the use of these tests, clearly laying out how they result in false positives and lead to dangerous exaggerations and false alarms. In their 2007 story the New York Times cited a prescient quote from Dr. Elizabeth Talbot, deputy state epidemiologist for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, who said:

“One Of The Most Troubling Aspects Of The Pseudo-Epidemic Is That All The Decisions Seemed So Sensible At The Time.”​

Those who run our public institutions have allowed history to repeat itself. At the head of the line of incompetence and malfeasance is the UN itself. At the media briefing on COVID-19 on March 16, 2020, the WHO Director General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (photo, below) said:

“We Have A Simple Message For All Countries: Test, Test, Test.”​

This insanity of testing anyone and everyone, even without symptoms has been an unmitigated global public health scandal and must be stopped. All officials in high places complicit in this crime must be prosecuted.

  Even if the fake PCR test was reliable as a diagnostic tool for Coronas and could distinguish between all the thousands of mutations (it can’t) it would still be worthless for testing a virus that has not even been isolated or identified.

But he had problems with Fauci about the HIV/AIDS lie, Kary knew the truth. It is on video, Kary says that PCR does not test for infections. I am surprised that in this article it said he died ‘coincidentally’ …. before the 201 conference. Very true. This meant that they could use his PCR to inflate the covid figures, it would not have worked out if Kary had been alive, bless him

      Here in Denmark the government had already purchased PCR testkits in 2015 so they must have know that they would be making good use of them when WHO said, “test, test, test” so it could be possible that they wanted to get rid of the inventor before the Plandemic was put in place.   Thank you for the infos. We know there is no ‘pandemic’, we know they lie, but when we walk in streets, go in shops, we see the vast masses of zombies wearing masks (including those who do don’t believe but don’t ‘want troubes”), we see our freedom & rights being destroyed and the world going insane.
  Concretely, how do we fight that, how do we stop the criminals behind this sick agenda and how we take back our liberty and world?
  Some answers on these websites, we don’t pretend to have the truth, but month of fight vs corrupt governments, corporations and the ‘establishment’ has made us aware of what works or not.
  Informing is good but the time is for RESISTANCE. Everybody can do it, the first step is don’t comply to anything they try to force on you, and the agenda will crumble. President’s Visit to NIH Highlights Research on Ebola

Today, we had the great honor of welcoming President Barack Obama to the campus of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD—to see first-hand the progress that biomedical research is making against Ebola virus disease. The President toured the NIH Vaccine Research Center, and met with scientists who are working hard to develop ways to combat this deadly virus that continues to devastate West Africa. And, in a speech before a packed auditorium at the NIH Clinical Center, the President praised the contributions of NIH staff. He also emphasized the need for emergency Congressional authorization of resources to ensure that our nation’s research and public health efforts against Ebola will lead as quickly as possible to an end to this devastating outbreak.
The President heard about many encouraging advances against Ebola during his visit here, and I’d like to share a couple with you now. I think these examples—one about a vaccine and one about a treatment—speak to the extraordinary ways in which scientists from different fields, disciplines, and organizations are pulling together to tackle this urgent disease threat.
The first piece of good news relates to efforts to prevent Ebola virus disease: we recently received promising, early results from the initial clinical trial of a candidate Ebola vaccine, conducted here at the NIH Clinical Center. In a study published last week in The New England Journal of Medicine, researchers reported that this Phase I trial established that the vaccine was well tolerated—and that it produced measurable immune responses—in all 20 healthy adult volunteers who received it. Based on these preliminary results, we plan to keep moving the vaccine towards the larger, randomized clinical studies necessary to determine whether it is effective in preventing Ebola infection.
The vaccine used in this trial was co-developed by researchers at NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the British-based pharmaceutical firm, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). It must be emphasized that this candidate vaccine is not made from the whole Ebola virus and, thus, cannot cause Ebola virus disease. Rather, it contains snippets of genetic material from two major strains of the Ebola virus, Sudan and Zaire. This non-infectious genetic material is delivered by a carrier virus that causes the common cold in chimpanzees, but does not make humans sick.
Let me double back and tell you a bit more about the study. All 20 of the volunteers were between the ages of 18 and 50. Half received an intramuscular injection of vaccine at a lower dose, and the rest received the same vaccine at a higher dose. At two and four weeks after vaccination, the researchers drew blood from the volunteers to determine if anti-Ebola antibodies were generated. All 20 volunteers had generated potentially protective antibodies within four weeks of receiving the vaccine, but the antibody levels were higher in those who received the higher dose vaccine. Another important observation is that the NIAID/GSK vaccine induced memory immune cells, called T-cells, in many of the volunteers, including the production of CD8 T cells, which may be a key part of immune protection against the Ebola virus.
The second area of research progress involves a potential treatment for Ebola virus disease, specifically, the investigational drug ZMapp. This drug, which NIAID has supported and collaborated with Mapp Biopharmaceutical, Inc., San Diego, is a cocktail of three highly purified monoclonal antibodies, or protective immune proteins, known to target the virus.
ZMapp was in the news last summer when it was administered on a compassionate basis to several individuals who were seriously ill with Ebola virus disease. While most (but not all) of those who received ZMapp survived, we do not know if the drug played any role in these positive outcomes. To gather more solid scientific evidence, NIH has a strong interest in conducting clinical studies to better evaluate the drug’s safety and efficacy.
There also is an important basic research question: Where exactly do ZMapp’s three monoclonal antibodies bind to the Ebola virus and possibly neutralize it? Researchers at The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, CA say they now have the answer. Using a high-resolution imaging technique, called single-particle electron microscopy, the researchers recently mapped in exquisite 3-D detail the binding of the ZMapp antibodies to the Ebola virus.

In the image above, the surface of one part of the Ebola virus appears as a white disc, while the white tree-like appendage depicts the spike protein that enables the virus to fuse with human cells and insert its genetic material.
The researchers discovered that two of the antibodies in ZMapp (indicated by red and yellow) disrupt the fusion process, neutralizing the virus and preventing it from attaching to the cell. Because these two antibodies do roughly the same thing, the researchers speculated that it might be possible to eliminate one from the ZMapp cocktail, which may make the drug less expensive and easier to manufacture. Meanwhile, ZMapp’s third antibody (blue) serves as a beacon for the immune system. Although this antibody can’t neutralize the virus, it binds to the spike protein and alerts the immune system that the virus has invaded the body and must be destroyed.
Andrew Ward, one of the leaders of the NIH-supported Scripps team, says the findings provide a clearer scientific rationale for why ZMapp might be effective in combating the virus. Of course, future clinical studies will be needed to determine whether that’s indeed the case. But we’re clearly off to a solid start.
So far, Ward and his colleagues at Scripps have collaborated with colleagues at Mapp Biopharmaceutical to image more than 20 antibodies to determine if it might be possible to develop a more effective cocktail than ZMapp. The Scripps team is also planning to image antibodies in the bloodstreams of people who’ve survived Ebola without taking ZMapp or other drugs, to learn more about how their immune systems defeated the virus.
From a broader perspective, the findings suggest that the Ebola virus has at least two exploitable points of structural vulnerability. These viral “soft spots” will help to inform future efforts at drug and vaccine development. For example, vaccine researchers might want to target the spike protein to block the fusion process, while researchers trying to come up with new therapies might follow the lead of the blue antibody and look for molecules that alert the immune system to destroy infected cells.
Scientists also can use these soft spots to track the evolution of the Ebola virus, something that I wrote about in an earlier post. Because the Ebola virus mutates constantly, we need to make sure that the proteins targeted by ZMapp and other potential therapies and vaccines haven’t mutated, rendering the treatment and prevention strategies less than effective.
Whether on the basis of history, archaeology, philosophy, theology, or genomics, we humans are all one family. So when one part of the family is afflicted, we all are. Whether disease is happening in West Africa or West L.A., we at NIH will work tirelessly to develop the means to prevent and treat it. The President’s visit provided a wonderful encouragement to all who labor here.

The Trudeau government is giving part of an $828,046 grant to a lab in China for a coronavirus research project.
The lab receiving the money is the same lab that US intelligence sources believe is the source of the coronavirus outbreak, reports Rebel News.
On Canada's government website, they provide details on the research grant.
The website says: “This research addresses the urgent need of rapid point-of-care diagnostics of COVID-19. The collaborative research is conducted by a multi-disciplinary team of virologists, chemists, infectious disease specialists, front-line practitioners, and public health researchers from the University of Alberta, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and Wuhan Institute of Virology (China).”
“Our team members in Wuhan who currently perform the standard diagnostic tests will lead this effort.”
The grant was provided to assist efforts to speed up testing in areas without sufficient healthcare resources.
The Washington Post reports that the lab involved is the Wuhan Institute of Virology which was enough of a concern to U.S. officials “that they dispatched two diplomatic cables categorized as Sensitive But Unclassified back to Washington. The cables warned about safety and management weaknesses at the WIV lab and proposed more attention and help. The first cable also warns that the lab’s work on bat coronaviruses and their potential human transmission represented a risk of a new SARS-like pandemic.”
A recent investigation by the Associated Press said: “In the six days after top Chinese officials secretly determined they likely were facing a pandemic from a new coronavirus, the city of Wuhan at the epicenter of the disease hosted a mass banquet for tens of thousands of people; millions began traveling through for Lunar New Year celebrations.”
“Doctors in Wuhan were afraid,” noted Dali Yang, a Chinese politics professor at the University of Chicago. “It was truly intimidation of an entire profession.”
