For we wrestle against thoughts! Thoughts are what lead you to a way of behavior!

Thoughts are what make everything you see in the world!

Those who are narsatistic, sociopaths and psychopaths follow certain thoughts!

As those who are compassionate, patient and empathic follow certain thoughts!

We seek information!

Thoughts are information as chemicals are information!

The choice will be yours to choose the information or thoughts you believe or follow!

What Are The Weapons At Our Disposal?

But God in all of His wisdom never would have left us down here to fight
an enemy that we were not equipped to overcome.

So He gave us weapons that are for us to use against the wiles of the adversary.

That is, providing that we are not too lazy to use what He gave us.

Because there are those who are willfully defeated by the enemy,
not putting to use that which God hath given.

First of all, we have the weapon of prayer.

This should be the first line of defense against the adversary, prayer.

It should be the first thing that we do when trouble comes
because it is what we should have been doing all the time.

The reason why some people are so weak that they cannot handle a fight
is because prayer is what strengthens us.

And if you wait until the enemy attacks us to start praying, you are already at a disadvantage.

But if you know how to pray and pray right, he said that whatsoever you bind on earth
shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

And when the devil hears you call on the Name of yahshua ,
demons start trembling and strongholds have to loose.....

Diseases dry up when you pray in the authority that yahshua gave.

That power comes in knowing what the FATHER wants for you!

Always focus on what is Good not on what is bad! Always focus on what you want to happen,
not what you don't want to happen!

Next, there is the gift of fasting.

Yahshua taught that there are certain spiritual enemies that we fight that will only be defeated
by a combination of prayer and fasting.

They are looking to inhabit a body that gives into the cravings that they desire to partake in!

Fasting denies them that pleasure and they will leave seeking another host!

Thoughts seek to live through us!

Some thoughts are parasites, some help keep you alive!

You must come to know the difference!

Fasting kills the flesh and brings a spiritual awareness of the power that God has given.

It makes us aware of spiritual things and aides us in our endeavors to be more like yahshua,
as it makes us to understand what is going on in the spiritual world all around us.

Then there are the angels or thoughts

The Bibles says in Psalms 34:7 that The angel/thought of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

I thank God for his angels/thoughts

There are times in your life when God's angels/thoughts
are fighting for you and you don't even know it.

But the enemy is releasing things in the heavenlies
because the angels/thoughts of the Lord have gone to war on your behalf.

My mind goes back to the story of Daniel
and how that he prayed to God for the space of three weeks.

Notice that he didn't stop praying just because things had not changed,
this is spiritual warfare.

And while he was praying, the devil thought to hold up
his answer / thought from the Lord.

But Michael, that warring angel, went hand to hand with the adversary
and loosed Daniel's answer from the Lord.

Sometimes God has sent the answer / thought and the enemy tries to hold it up,
but the angels /thoughts are there to assist me in my victory.

Finally, there is the weapon that the saints of old really understood,
the power of the blood.

This is one weapon that the enemy can't stand.

The blood represents the ultimate defeat.

Whenever the enemy would attack people years ago,
it was common for the saints to do what they called "Plead the Blood"!

When they were rebuking the devil,
they would say one of the most damaging things to the ears of the devil.....

They would comfront him with the words "Satan, the Blood is against you!"

The good seeks to fight off all viruses, bacteria and fungus!

The blood that is full of all the chemical nutrients can fight off all bacteria,
viruses and any other fungus or parasites! Same goes with thoughts,
thoughts are chemicals!

For every thought that Satan sends to weaken you,
GOD has a thought that can neutralize Satan's thought!

If the devil don't like what he hears,
the only way he can cover his ears is to let go of what belongs to you!

To Wrestle Means "Hand To Hand" Combat

And this is the reason why to change many things,
you must be willing to struggle and go to war,
even if it means that you've got to sweat and get
dirty in the process.

To wrestle denotes hand to hand combat.

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life

You've already won, but you still have to fight.

The devil would love to ruin you,
but the power to succeed is in your hands.FIGHT!

Don't allow the enemy to ruin you or anyone else that you know.

Your family is worth fighting for.

Your health is worth fighting for.

Your peace of mind is worth fighting for.

Your family's souls are worth fighting for.

If you have to roll up your sleeves and go hand to hand, fight for it.

Tell that drug addict son, "I'm fighting for you!"

Tell your daughter the stripper, "I'm fighting for you!"

Tell them that you've prayed too long to see them just die and go to hell.

Tell them that you've prayed too long to lose them to the streets.

Fight for them until they see the need to fight for themselves.

And if one can put a thousand to flight
and two can put ten thousand to flight,
then sooner or later,
everything around me
will be covered by the power of God!

While you're fighting, remember that a thousand shall fall at thy side,
ten thousand at thy right hand, but it shall not come nigh thee.

We find ourselves in later years becoming exposed to what has been skewed over time.

Much of our lifetime has been educating ourselves in various areas of studies,
only to find what was once acceptable, actually is not.

Things that had been handed down over the years from one generation to another,
either loses something along the way, or is skewed to show a different view that portrays the person,
or situation, in a more favorable light.

Then there are situations where people in leadership positions,
such as supervisors or managers, that may ask you to do something that could “get you that promotion
you’ve been wanting.”

But they keep hidden that they had no desire to grant you that,
but just wanted to get you to do a task no one else is willing to do, for example.

Deception has integrated, it seems, in every aspect of our lives.

It has intermingled in every situation, family or tribal folklore, and has even found a way into our history books.

Anything to show a more favorable light rather than the truth.

The best way to combat this, if we desire what the truth really is, is to empty out the vessel.

In other words, forget everything you’ve been taught and refill the vessel by digging into research
in order to seek truth. Ask God to help you in this endeavor through prayer.

One man’s idea of truth may not be another’s. It will be up to you to decide.

But we should not rely on what we have been told over the years.

“When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:

And put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite.

Be not desirous of his dainties: for they are deceitful meat.” ~ Proverbs 23:1-3

Nine Fruit Of The Holy Spirit

Paul says in Galatians that there are nine fruit of the Holy Spirit. What are the nine fruit of the Spirit?

According to the apostle Paul in Galatians 5:22-23, I have listed them as :

Love

Joy

Peace

Longsuffering

Kindness

Goodness

Faithfulness

Gentleness

Self-Control

Fruit of the Holy Spirit

Why Is It called Fruit of the Spirit? Not Fruits of the Spirit?

Let's take an apple as an example.

Qualities of an apple could be:

Red

Round

Sweet

Edible

Seeded

Juicy

But it is still an apple.

One apple.

Just like the fruit of the Holy Spirit, which is love, peace, joy, longsuffering, but one fruit.

Have you noticed in the Church today, many Christians seem to be placing a lot of emphasis
on the gifts of the Spirit?

How often do you hear pastors or leaders talk about the fruit of the Holy Spirit?

Though the gifts of the Holy Spirit are essential in the body of Christ, as a Christian,

the fruit of the Holy Spirit are extremely important (if not more).

As a Christian, the fruit of the Holy Spirit that you bear tells how much you're being led by the Holy Spirit.

The closer your relationship with the Holy Spirit, the greater your bearing of spiritual fruits.

By manifesting the fruit of the Holy Spirit in our daily lives, we bear testimony to the God we serve.

People do not judge by what you say, but they judge by what you do!

On the contrary, if we walk according to the flesh, we exhibit:

Adultery

Fornication

Uncleanness

Lewdness

Idolatry

Sorcery

Hatred

Contentions

Jealousies

Outbursts of Wrath

Selfish ambitions

Dissensions

Heresies

Envy

Murders

Drunkenness

Revelries

-Galatians 5:12-21 (NKJV)

No matter how much we tell people about how good Jesus is, how real is He,

nobody will bother about you if you display fruits of the flesh.

However, if you are led by the Holy Spirit, and you bear the nine fruit in your life,

people will begin to see Jesus through you.

Your fruits communicate the truth of God to your family, friends,

colleagues in your workplace and the people you meet everyday.

Are You Led By The Holy Spirit? Do You Bear The Fruit Of The Holy Spirit?

If you are led by the Spirit of God, the nine fruit of the Holy Spirit will inevitably appear.

Many Christians seek the manifestation and power of the gifts of the Holy Spirit,

though it is important, but they do not submit to the leading of

the Holy Spirit to lead a pure and holy life.

Our Number 1 priority in life should be to seek God and all His righteousness,

rather than His blessings and gifts.

When we do that, we will know

what is God's will for our lives and all the things we need will be given to us by the Father,

"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."

-Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)

God still wants us to be like Jesus, conformed to His image,

bearing the nine fruit of the Holy Spirit as well. God hates sin, and sin grieves the

Holy Spirit who dwells in us.

One thing we must know is that gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to us,

but fruit of the Holy Spirit are developed over time.

When you received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, the Holy Spirit comes
and plants a small little seed in your heart. This seed must be

watered, nurtured and developed in us. To do that, we must:

Pray to God

Worship God

Planted in a local Church

Discipled by spiritual leaders

Read and meditate on the Word of God

Obey voice of the Holy Spirit

Lead a holy life, free from sin

When you begin to lead a life holiness, guided by the Holy Spirit, that little seed

will eventually grow into a giantic tree, bearing much fruits.

You will begin to be more and more like Christ.

And the glory and presence of the Holy Spirit will follow you wherever you go.

It is interesting to know that the bible talks about fruits at the beginning and the end.

"And out of the ground the LORD God made every tree grow

that is pleasant to the sight and good for food.."

-Genesis 2:9 (NKJV)

"In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life,

which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month..."

-revelations 22:2 (NKJV)

Fruit of the Holy Spirit

Bearing The Fruit Of The Holy Spirit Is God's Will For Our Life

God's purpose for your life, and mine, is to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus said that our relationship with Him is like a vine and its

branches.

"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me,

and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing."

-John 15:5 (NKJV)

Again Jesus teaches, "You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you

that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should

remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you."

John 15:16 (NKJV)

Jesus commands us to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit!

If you want to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit, you must live a holy lifestyle,

reject sin, delight in the commandments of God and be planted in a local Church

King David, an ancestor of Jesus, possibly the greatest King Israel every had, said,

"Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners,

nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the LORD,

and in His law he meditates day and night, he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,

that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither;

and whatever he does shall prosper."

-Psalms 1:1-3 (NKJV)

Being planted in the house of God and attending services regularly is extremely important

to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Further in the book of Psalms, King David said,

"Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.

They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing."

-Psalms 92:13-14 (NKJV)

God Prunes When We Bear Fruit Of The Holy Spirit

As you have learned, Jesus is the vine that produces the fruit.

We are the ones who bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit. God the Father

is the vinedresser who prunes the vines.

"I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser,

every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away;

and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit."

-John 15:1-2 (NKJV)

The pruning process is one that many Christians reject.

It is a tough and difficult process when God is working in us

and molding us to become more fruitful.

Our heavenly Father prunes the productive Christian just as a farmer prunes his crops

- to produce even more fruits.

In the book of Luke, Jesus gave a parable of the barren fig tree.

This parable shows a God who is patient and continually works

with a unproductive soul to produce fruit of the Holy Spirit.

"A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard,

and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.

Then he said to the keeper of his vineyard,

"Look, for three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none.

Cut it down; why does it use up the ground?" But he answered and

said to him, "Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it.

And if it bears fruit, well. But if not, after this you can cut it down."

-Luke 13:6-9 (NKJV)

The Nine Fruit Of The Holy Spirit

Fruit of the Holy Spirit

In the New Testament book of Galatians, Paul identifies the godly qualities

that God wants to produce in our lives.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness,

faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.."

-Galatians 5:22-23 (NKJV)

If you have noticed, the "fruit" of the Holy Spirit is singular in form, not "fruits" of the Holy Spirit.

It means that there is one fruit, but revealed in

9 different supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

The nine fruit of the Holy Spirit can be further divided into 3 categories.

Relationship with God

Love

Joy

Peace

Relationship with people

Longsuffering

Kindness

Goodness

For the individual

Faithfulness

Gentleness

Self-Control

Sheep Or Wolves?

Be careful of so called "Christians"! There are many people who call themselves Christians,

and pretend to be holy, like the Pharisees which Jesus

often rebuked.

They like to use the word of God to get what they want, wear a t shirt that says

"Jesus loves you, know when to say "Amen" and "Hallelujah".

Are they the meek sheep that worships Jesus in spirit and in truth?

Or are they the ravenous wolves who seeks to devour?

Our infinitely wise Jesus said,

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

You will know them by their fruits...

Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.

A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit....

Therefore by their fruits you will know them."

-Matthew 7:15-20 (NKJV)

By observing the fruit of the Holy Spirit in their lives,

you can know whether they are genuine disciples or not.

My beloved', stop living a barren Christian life! M

ake a decision to cultivate the fruit of the Holy Spirit in your life.

Not only will you grow closer to our dear Holy Spirit,

you will also be a powerful testimony to the lost!

If you say yes to that, let us pray together.

Father, your mercies are new everyday.

You are the true vinedresser of our lives.

I pray that you will be patient with us, give us the grace to grow

and develop the fruit of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Help us to overcome the temptations of sin so that we will not grief the Holy Spirit.

Open up our spiritual ears and let us be so sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Bend our will, so that we can submit to your Lordship.

Water the barren ground in our spirit.

Help us to bear more fruits for your kingdom's sake.

Change us into the image of Jesus, and make us a powerful testimony to the unchurched.

Let them see the love of Jesus by the fruit of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

I thank You and praise You.

Fruit Of The Spirit

There has to be a balance between the gifts and the fruit of the Spirit.

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are not substitutes for the fruit of the Spirit,

nor are they an excuse to disobey the law.

A Pondering Moment:

We should know that God has a purpose for everything.

There is nothing that goes on that He doesn't know about.

He controls all things for a reason.

We may not always understand why certain things happen,
but we need to know that there is something going on behind the scenes.

We know also, by reading the book of Job, that He allows Lucifer to do things,
but never enough to destroy His people. He allows dire things in order to bring others to Him.

He is the truth and the life. In this world of darkness and deception, the Word is still the light, as are His people.

He exposes things for a reason. If He can do that, then He can keep things hidden.

So, know that for everything that has been brought to light there is a reason.

Some things have been hidden for centuries and are coming to light.

There must be a reason.

Even the dead sea scrolls that had been hidden for centuries, came to light for a reason.

He would not have exposed them to the light if there wasn't.

We may not quite understand at this point, but there is a reason.

We should not be quick to dismiss them.

As much as have been exposed thus far, there will be much more.

Know that God has this, and is exposing more for a reason and for His purpose.

Do not quickly dismiss them because you may not understand them.

Keep your focus on Him and He will reveal it to you in time.

The church has been asleep, but now is beginning to rise from there slumber!

What is the church? what is found in the church? just as human body contains cells, so does the body of humanity contain people's!

The body of church did not literally go to sleep, but it has been asleep spiritually.

Here is what "sleep" indicates metaphorically:

When we are asleep, what are we paying attention to? Nothing.

If we are in a sound sleep, our minds are "dead to the world."

We are not aware of anything that is going on, even of the passage of time.

We may have a dream or two, but that does not count.

Usually, we pay such little attention when we wake up in the morning that we fail to remember what we dreamed,
unless it is especially vivid.

Still, the idea is this: that sleep indicates insensitivity to responsibility.

If we were awake, we would pay attention to our responsibilities.

We would do our work around the house or go earn our money at the office.

But if we are asleep, we are insensitive to what is happening.

That is what occurred to the church. It was not literally asleep,

but it became insensitive to its relationship with the FATHER.

It became insensitive to its spiritual responsibilities.

This do not mean that church members were out freely breaking the laws of God,

but the relationship was still nonetheless deteriorating because of that lack of attention.

Another aspect of this is also very important: As the pressure increases from this world,

it brings stress with it. From studying people closely, psychologists know that those who face frequent,

stressful hardship become apathetic. In other words, a person reaches the point where finally he just rolls over,

plays dead, and says, "Who cares?"


With that in mind, it is no wonder that yahshua says in Matthew 24:13,

"He that endures to the end, the same will be saved."

The end time will be stressful, whether or not we are being directly affected physically.

The spirit of the age, the zeitgeist, will impact upon our minds, and it will tend to make us feel tired,

weary of the whole thing, wishing that God would hurry up and get it over with.

That is, of course, understandable. It also helps us to understand why the Bible says

some of the things it does regarding the church or body of Humanity at the end time.

A large portion of the church will be lulled into worldliness through being more concerned with ordinary,

self-centered, secular pursuits than with the spiritual work of God. yahshua's warning in Luke 21:34-36

—"take heed to yourselves" and "watch . . . and pray always"

—is absolutely essential.

Now is the time to pray like never before!

Now is the time to stand behind the thoughts you believe in!

stand for GOD'S thoughts or Satan's thoughts! you will stand for one or the other!

you will not be luke warm!

Time to awaken my beloveds, take a stand!
