There may be days when you get up in the morning

and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be.
That's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.

There are times when people disappoint you and let you down.
But those are the times when you must remind yourself

to trust your own judgments and opinions,

to keep your life focused on believing in yourself.
There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life,

and it is up to you to accept them.
Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you.

It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle

In late 1987, working with Ermina Tsousis
while the two of them were doing sound encoding work
she discovered that Ermina was utilising
the formula of plus or minus ~ +/- 144
one hundred and forty four notes of separation
which exists in the ancient scales of music through 432 hz.

Ermina was utilizing these scales,
unconsciously in her sound encoding work,
as, she later discovered Peter Farley
was also utilizing the same type of scales
in his sound encoding work.

Between 1987 and 1991,
she had determined that her discovery of
'The Original Spark' a term that she created,
contained 144 parts, and,
that when you were cast out from The Source aka The Tao
you became separated from your Essence Twin,
so, you carry 72 parts & your Essence Twin carries 72 parts,
72 + 72 = 144 parts,
AND, this is rejoined at the 10th level
of your Essence aka The Core, which is a part of your
immediate soul family.

The 288 is located at 11D is your collective soul family
and, The 432 is located at 12D
- and, extends to The 13th Bridge
through The CVC,
which consists of The LCVC & The HCVC.

And, the journey began,
which involved gathering your 72 parts,
and, then rejoining them,
with your essence twins 72 parts,
for : 72 + 72 = 144,
at the 10th density or 10d level.

During several near death experiences,
she walked into 11d, 12d, and, ultimately to the spot,
she named The 13th Bridge.

In 1987, she was sent a book called
"Messages from Michael"
written by Yarbro, which introduced her to many terms,
she was already familiar with,
and, identified her as being a 6th level old king cast sage.

Through exploring the needs of:
Adventure, exchange & power,
expansion, expression & freedom,
acceptance, communion & security,
she realized there was much truth to be found,
in exploring "The Michael Teachings".

NOTE ~ this is NOT Archangel Michael
but a cycled off 'entity group'
that has evolved as a cycled off group consciousness
which resides on the mid-causal plane
- which exists from level 7d through 12d

"The Final Mayan Calendar Steps to 2012:
November 8, 2009, The Beginning of the Sixth Night"
The new world of 2012 is not something that simply will drop down on us
ready made from the sky.

It is something that is created step by step
through the various phases, so called days and nights,
of the Mayan calendar that we are living through also
at the current time and requires our active and conscious participation
in the process as co-creators of this new world.

In stark contrast to the media focus on a singular date
and the end of the world that this purportedly will bring
the only existing inscription about the end of the calendar
from ancient Mayan times speak of the simultaneous manifestation
of Nine different cosmic forces quite.

The Mayan calendar is a description of the exact rhythm
with which these cosmic forces are manifesting
and so the study of this is critical for anyone
seriously wanting to use it for understanding the cosmic plan
and how the birth of a new world will take place.

What humanity is now immediately facing
is the beginning of the sixth night,
November 8, 2009 - November 2, 2010,
a time period that, as part of this cosmic plan,
may be expected to be very transformative
but also very demanding through its effects on the world's economic system.

A night implies a "quantum jump" to a lower energy state of the universe
and this one seems likely to bring a significant fall
of the American dollar and an associated downturn in the economy.
